What will I need? a) Money: a minimum of 1 calendar months rent + 5 weeks security deposit b) References: Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence), Bank Account Details, Character reference, previous Landlord reference and a Guarantor if applicable. What type of agreement do you use? Assured Shorthold Tenancy, which is a fixed term tenancy agreement. When should I start looking for a property? 3-5 weeks prior to your moving in date.
